What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Valuer / Lister:
*Winning new instructions and listing residential properties
*Identifying and developing new business opportunities
*Providing accurate valuations and presenting services to potential clients
*Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
*Achieving and exceeding instruction targets
*Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
*Representing the company professionally at all times

*Proven experience in residential estate agency sales
*Track record of instruction-winning success
*High level of customer service skills
*Strong telephone and face-to-face communication skills
*Presentable, articulate, and professional manner

*Local knowledge of Ashford and surrounding areas (preferred)
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
