We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Representative with extensive broad retail and sales experience to join us as one of our first appointments. If you are a sales expert who loves to learn and is passionate about providing unforgettable customer experiences.
As the face of our new store, you will provide a sophisticated and knowledgeable experience. You will be responsible for showcasing our unique collection, maximizing sales through a consultative approach, maintaining high visual standards (including window dressing), and generating engaging content for our social media channels. This position requires regular weekend working hours.


Core Responsibilities:
*Deliver a refined, informative, and friendly sales experience to every visitor
*Manage high-level client relationship development.
*Create captivating Window Dressing and maintain pristine visual merchandising.
*Perform accurate daily stock takes of high-value inventory.
*Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos/videos, create posts, and interact with our digital community.


Essential Requirements:
*A Proven Track Record in Retail Sales is Essential: Being able to work comfortably in a face-to-face, client-focused environment.
*Experience delivering a luxury/premium service experience.
*Digital Savvy: Strong familiarity with social media content creation and audience engagement.
*Full Availability for Weekend Work: You must be consistently available to work Tuesday - Friday and Saturdays
*Polished, professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.


Advantageous Skills:
*Previous experience with Luxury Goods.
*Specific experience in managing social media for a premium brand.
*A background in visual merchandising/window dressing for small luxury items.
