Duties Air Conditioning Improver
*Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units following technical schematics and safety standards
*Support senior technicians in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing repairs to ensure optimal performance
*Read and interpret mechanical schematics to accurately assemble or modify HVAC components
*Conduct routine inspections of air conditioning systems to identify issues and recommend solutions
*Contribute to the assembly of HVAC systems on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications
*Help maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, organized manner
*Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Experience Air Conditioning Improver
*Basic mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems or construction equipment preferred
*Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, or blueprints is advantageous
*Prior experience in equipment repair or maintenance roles is a plus
*Demonstrated leadership skills or experience supervising small teams is desirable
*Construction experience or working on building sites will be highly valued
*Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in troubleshooting issues
