We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week.
What you will be doing;
*Lead the development and evolution of ICAEW’s cross-channel social media strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and international priorities.
*Lead the planning, launch and optimisation of major social media campaigns, driving measurable results and continuous improvement.
*Develop and embed social media policies, playbooks and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance and best practice across all platforms.
*Define and monitor social media KPIs and performance, using data and insights to inform strategic decisions and future planning.
*Line manage and develop a team of two, providing coaching, performance management and supporting their ongoing development.
*Manage senior stakeholders and provide strategic direction across content, channels and emerging social media opportunities, working with external agencies where required.
What you will need;
Experience
*Solid experience working within a busy digital marketing environment, with strong expertise across social media channels.
*Proven experience creating, developing and executing successful cross-channel social media strategies and plans.
*Demonstrable examples of growing audiences and delivering measurable improvements across engagement, reach and conversions.
*Strong and demonstrable line management experience, with experience coaching and developing team members.
*Strong knowledge of social media content, platforms, trends and algorithms, with experience using insights and performance data to optimise activity.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting/editorial capability and the confidence to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
