Full job descriptionInterim Group Accountant
4 Month contract
Day rate - competitive
Immediate start
Elevation Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a brilliant business in South Yorkshire who are looking for a fully qualified Group Accountant to join their Group Finance team.
Key Responsibilities*Preparation of Group management accounts, including consolidation, analysis and commentary.
*Support month-end and year-end close across multiple entities.
*Preparation of statutory accounts and support with the external audit.
*Manage intercompany accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
*Support cash flow forecasting, budgeting and forecasting.
*Work closely with regional and operational finance teams to ensure accurate Group reporting.
*Support improvements to financial controls, reporting and processes.
Key Skills:
*Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
*Strong financial accounting and Group reporting experience.
*Experience of consolidations, statutory reporting and audit.
*Strong Excel skills and confident working across multiple entities.
*Proactive, hands-on and a strong communicator.
