The successful candidate will work closely with Managers and Partners across a varied client portfolio, gaining broad exposure to accounts preparation and other core practice work, while receiving structured support towards further qualification and career progression.

What is the day-to-day of the role:
*Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
*Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and VAT returns
*Building strong working relationships with clients
*Supporting senior members of the team on more complex assignments
*Working towards agreed deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*AAT qualified, or part qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent), studying towards full qualification
*Strong working knowledge of accounts preparation software
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*A proactive, organised approach with good attention to detail
