Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable, independently run garage in Great Yarmouth that is seeking a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their established team. This Vehicle Technician role offers an excellent work-life balance within a relaxed environment, with a strong focus on quality over quantity. The successful Vehicle Technician will benefit from a supportive working atmosphere, competitive pay, and opportunities for ongoing training.
Benefits:
*Competitive, negotiable salary based on experience
*Monday to Friday working hours only (7.30am - 5pm / 5.30pm)
*No weekends or KPI pressures, fostering a stress-free workspace
*Overtime paid at time and a half, with weekly pay
*Paid tea breaks and flexible lunch arrangements
*20 days holiday plus bank holidays
*Ongoing Bosch training opportunities
*Working on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Duties:
*Servicing a wide range of cars and vans
*Performing general repairs and diagnostics
*Maintaining high standards of safety and quality
*Assisting with MOT testing and vehicle inspections
*Working efficiently within a friendly team environment
Requirements:
*Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent)
*Experience across multiple makes and models
*NVQ Level 3 qualifications are essential
*Bosch approval (desirable but not essential)
*Strong work ethic and team player attitude
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively
*Full UK driving licence
