Thrive Education is working with a lovely pre-school in Churchdown that is looking to welcome a new Early Years Practitioner to their team on a permanent basis.
The setting has recently undergone a refurbishment, creating a fresh and welcoming environment for both the children and staff. You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team who are passionate about providing children with a positive and nurturing start to their education.
The RoleWe’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working within Early Years and wants to become a valued, long-term member of the setting.
Your day-to-day role will include:
*Supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing through play and planned activities
*Creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment
*Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
*Supporting observations and children’s individual development
*Working closely with the wider pre-school team
*Bringing plenty of enthusiasm, patience and positivity to the setting!
We’re Looking For Someone Who:*Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification – Level 3 desirable
*Has previous experience working within a nursery, pre-school or Early Years setting
*Is reliable, caring and confident working as part of a team
*Has a genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
*Is looking for a permanent position where they can settle into a setting and become part of the team
