Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are seeking experienced Interim People Policy Consultants to join our Employee Relations and Policy Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing, reviewing, and implementing people policies that support a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Working under the strategic direction of the Head of People Policy you will lead policy and project activity, providing expert advice on employment legislation, case law, and HR best practice. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders to ensure our policies are legally compliant, clearly understood, and effectively implemented.
About you:
*Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
*Experience of developing and implementing people policies.
*Excellent stakeholder engagement, consultation, and communication skills.
*Ability to manage projects and work autonomously.
*Ideally experience of working in a unionised, public sector complex environment.
*Strong analytical skills with sound professional judgement.
