We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join the team!
Ocean Recovery is a long standing centre in the North West offering fantastic views of Blackpool beach and its famous promenade.
The centre has undergone extensive refurbishment to make sure that it is providing the best environment possible for recovery.
What You’ll be Doing
*Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
*Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
*Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
*Provide emotional support and companionship.
*Maintain accurate records and documentation.
*Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
What You’ll Need
*Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a support worker
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
