Job Title: Engineer Supervisor
Location: Penrith, Cumbria
Salary: £49,500 plus Benefits
Shift: 4 on, 4off (2 Days, 2 Nights)
Job Role of the Engineer Supervisor

You will be responsible for leading a team of 3 (1 Engineer & 2 Production Operatives) as well carrying out maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
Sector – Factory Maintenance
Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineer Supervisor
*Either Electrical or Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
*Engineering qualifications either Electrical or Mechanical.
*Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a factory.
Requirements for the Engineer Supervisor
*Be willing to be a Hands-On Engineering Supervisor.
*Recognised engineering qualifications either Electrical or Mechanical.
*Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Desirable Requirements for the Engineer Supervisor
*Experience working as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a Industrial Manufacturing environment.
