Key Responsibilities
*Build, inspect and test sub-assemblies on products.
*Follow production procedures, work instructions and testing processes.
*Keep accurate records of production activities and work completed.
*Prepare finished radar products securely for shipment.
*Help maintain a clean, organised and effective workshop environment.
*Take a practical approach to day-to-day production issues and prioritise workload effectively.
*Work collaboratively as part of a wider production team.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, practical and detail-focused, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team.
You will ideally have:
*At least 2 years’ experience working as a Production Technician or in a similar production-based role.
*Experience working within a production environment.
*A good understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the ability to follow detailed work instructions and test processes.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
*A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and prioritising tasks.
*Good IT literacy.
*The ability to independently lift and carry items weighing up to 20kg.
