Full job description MP Recruitment is delighted to assist our client in sourcing a dedicated newly graduated Supply Chain Administrator to join a dynamic manufacturing company based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the supply chain processes, managing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records within Sage 200, and ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, internal teams, and customers. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to contribute to the efficiency of the company’s supply chain operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* To provide a full support in the administration of various databases relating to product information, purchase orders, shipment tracking and stock adjustments.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to work within a team and independently as required.
