We’re recruiting a Financial Administrator for a modern, tech-enabled legal services organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in legal finance, with full training provided and strong progression potential.
The RoleYou’ll support the day-to-day running of client and office accounts, gaining hands-on experience across cashiering, reconciliations and accounts administration.
Key duties:
*Posting client receipts and payments
*Processing CHAPS, BACs and telegraphic transfers
*Assisting with client-to-office transfers
*Monitoring balances and residual funds
*Supporting bank reconciliations
*Posting invoices/expenses in Xero
*Maintaining accurate financial records
*Assisting with audit and compliance queries
*General accounts administration
About You*Genuine interest in finance or accountancy
*Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
*Organised, proactive and confident with Excel
*Professional communication and discretion
Desirable:
*Finance or legal cashiering experience
*Xero knowledge
*Understanding of SRA Accounts Rules
*AAT Level 2/3 (advantageous)
