As part of a busy and growing agency team, you’ll manage a portfolio of exciting B2B and B2C clients, leading integrated marketing, content and communications campaigns from concept through to delivery.
You’ll act as the key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to exceptionally high standards.
You’ll be responsible for:
*Managing client relationships and day-to-day account activity
*Leading integrated marketing, branding and communications campaigns
*Taking client briefs and translating them into clear creative direction
*Coordinating internal creative, content and delivery teams
*Managing timelines, budgets and project workflows
*Developing campaign ideas and identifying growth opportunities
*Ensuring outstanding client service and campaign performance
*Supporting new business opportunities and agency growth
You’ll be the person clients genuinely look forward to hearing from. The one who can take a "bit vague, bit last minute" brief and turn it into something sharp, creative and genuinely effective.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone with experience in a marketing agency, creative agency, brand agency, communications agency or integrated agency environment.
You’ll already have a few years of experience in a client services role with a proven track record of overseeing creative campaigns.
You’ll also bring:
*Strong client relationship & account management skills
*Experience delivering marketing, branding or communications campaigns
*Confidence managing multiple deadlines and priorities
*Strong communication & presentation skills
*Energy, resilience and a positive attitude
*A genuine passion for creativity, content and brand communications
