Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client is expanding and looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their team on a permanent night shift.
If you have previous warehouse experience and are confident working with FLT/MHV equipment, this could be a great opportunity to join a growing operation.
Sunday-Thursday | 10pm-6am
What you’ll be doing
*Loading and unloading vehicles and containers
*Operating FLT and other warehouse equipment
*Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
*Building and wrapping pallets
*Moving and storing stock safely
*Completing stock checks and maintaining accurate records
*Using a WMS system to manage inventory
*Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting
*Working safely at heights of up to 5 metres
*Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
What we’re looking for
*Previous warehouse experience
*MHV experience is desirable
*FLT experience preferred
*FLT certification is an advantage but not essential
*WMS experience is beneficial; AS400 knowledge would be an advantage
*Good attention to detail
*Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
*Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
