I’m currently recruiting for an Audit Senior position with a growing mid-tier accountancy and business advisory firm.
This is an opportunity for an experienced auditor who wants to take the next step in their career without sacrificing work-life balance. The opportunityYou’ll take ownership of audits from planning through to completion, working closely with Managers and Directors across a varied client portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Planning and executing audits from start to finish
*Leading onsite audit teams and ensuring high-quality delivery
*Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact
*Developing your understanding of clients and their businesses
*Coaching and supporting trainees and Semi Seniors
*Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business
You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of audits, including owner-managed businesses, while continuing to develop both your technical and leadership skills.
Who would suit this role?The ideal candidate will:
*Be ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
*Have solid external audit experience
*Have experience working across a varied client portfolio
*Be confident leading audit teams and communicating with clients
*Have strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
*Enjoy developing and supporting more junior team members
*Be comfortable with technology; CCH experience would be advantageous
