Full job descriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Joiner Multi Trade to carry out responsive repairs in council properties across Newark. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a company van and fuel card provided from day one.

As a Joiner Multi Trade, you will be:
*Completing responsive repairs in occupied council properties
*Carrying out second-fix carpentry
*Completing minor plumbing repairs
*Undertaking patch plastering and patch tiling
*Delivering a high standard of customer service
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
*Experience working in social housing or council repairs
*Joinery and multi-trade experience
*A full UK driving licence
The Joiner Multi Trade role offers:
*£20 per hour through the agency
*Company van and fuel card from day one
*Temp-to-perm opportunity
*Permanent salary of £30,000
*Optional call-out rota to increase earnings
*Weekly pay
