Hours: 22:30 – 06:30
Working Pattern: 5 nights out of 7
Pay: £13.50 per hour
About the Role
Responsive Personnel are looking for a reliable and professional Hotel Night Porter to join our clients team. You will be responsible for ensuring the hotel operates smoothly throughout the night, providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests.
This is a temp role and experience is key!
Key Responsibilities
*Welcome and assist guests arriving or departing during the night
*Provide friendly and professional customer service
*Respond to guest enquiries and requests
*Carry out regular security and safety checks throughout the hotel
*Monitor the premises and report any issues or incidents
*Answer telephone calls and take messages when required
*Keep reception and public areas clean and tidy
*Assist with general overnight hotel duties
*Complete any required paperwork, reports or handover notes
*Prepare the hotel for the morning team
*Follow all health, safety and security procedures
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
*Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
*Comfortable working independently during night hours
*Friendly and approachable
*Professional and well presented
*Calm under pressure with good attention to detail
*Confident communicating with guests and colleagues
*Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasks
Previous hotel or night-working experience is needed.
