Full job descriptionReception / Customer AssistantOur client, a leading student accommodation provider, is looking for a Reception / Customer Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, starting immediately.
Location: Norwich, NR1
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Contract: Temporary, full-time
The role includes:
*Welcoming residents and visitors
*Supporting check-ins and check-outs
*Handling queries and reception duties
*Basic administration and record keeping
*Supporting with room clearances and general housekeeping
*Keeping the reception area clean and welcoming
About you:
You’ll be friendly, reliable and confident dealing with people. Previous customer service, reception or administration experience is desirable.
