Salary: £37,000 per annum (FTE)
Contract: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Working Pattern: 4 days a week (0.8 FTE)
An established national membership organisation is seeking to appoint two Executive Assistants to support its existing Directorate structure.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of key services, projects and events across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide high-quality executive and administrative support, ensuring the smooth coordination of priorities, meetings, communications and organisational activities.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role, demonstrating exceptional organisational, planning and prioritisation skills. You will be confident managing competing demands, maintaining confidentiality and building effective working relationships across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leaders and Directorates.
*Manage diaries, meetings, correspondence and documentation.
*Coordinate projects, events and key organisational activities.
*Prepare reports, papers and presentations as required.
*Support effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
*Ensure administrative processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.
About You
*Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
*Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
*Highly professional with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.
Working Arrangements
The organisation’s office is based in Leicester, with a flexible hybrid working model. The successful candidate will be required to attend the office at least two days per week, with occasional overnight stays required in support of events and organisational activities.
