Job Description:
Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join the international marketing team of a fast-growing consumer brand. This is a hands-on role supporting the Senior Paid Media Manager with the day-to-day delivery and coordination of paid media campaigns across multiple international markets.
The role will have a strong operational focus across creative briefing, asset management, trafficking, localisation and reporting.
This role is a 3 - 6 month contract role based in London, 3 days a week. The ideal Paid Media Specialist will need to be on 1 week notice or immediately available.
Key Paid Media Specialist Responsibilities:
*Support the development of creative briefs in line with campaign objectives and media requirements.
*Coordinate campaign pre-briefs and help identify asset requirements across campaigns and channels.
*Manage creative workflows from initial briefing through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
*Coordinate the handover of campaign assets to external media agencies, ensuring assets meet relevant specifications, formats and usage requirements.
*Track campaign assets and deliverables across platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google, programmatic, OOH and TV.
*Work closely with agency partners to ensure campaigns are trafficked accurately and on time, supporting QA and resolving issues quickly.
*Maintain campaign trackers, timelines and documentation to ensure clear stakeholder visibility.
*Manage content trackers and coordinate influencer content with internal teams and external agencies.
*Support affiliate and social commerce activity, including relevant affiliate and social platforms.
*Work with agency partners to coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting across brand and full-funnel activity.
*Support creative performance reporting and contribute campaign insights and historical learnings to future planning.
Ideal Paid Media Specialist Profile:
*5+ years’ experience in paid media, paid social, digital marketing or media operations.
*Experience within beauty, fashion, retail, FMCG, consumer or another fast-paced commercial environment is highly desirable.
*Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube and TikTok Ads.
*Experience working with external media agencies and multiple internal stakeholders.
