CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing law firm in Wakefield to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding Wills & Probate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking to join an established team and work alongside an experienced Private Client Solicitor within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will become an important part of the firm’s continued growth within its Wills & Probate department, taking responsibility for their own caseload while benefiting from the support and experience of an established team.

The Role
The successful Private Client Solicitor will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, with work likely to include:
*Wills and estate planning
*Probate and estate administration
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Trusts
*Inheritance Tax planning
*Advising clients on a range of private client matters
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Working closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service

About you
The successful candidate will ideally:
*Be a qualified Solicitor with experience within Private Client/Wills & Probate
*Have experience managing their own caseload
*Have strong technical knowledge across a range of private client matters
*Be confident dealing directly with clients
*Have excellent communication and organisational skills
*Be commercially aware and committed to providing a high level of client service
*Be keen to develop their career within an established and growing team
