Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a Manchester based Housing Association, to recruit to a Groundsworker for their Responsive Repairs Teamon a temporary basis.
Responsibilities of the Groundsworker:
*Carrying out fencing, flagging and pointing
*Assisting other trades
*Work safely and professionally
*Picking up and delivering materials and equipment to properties
*Picking up and removing surplus materials and equipment, and booking these back into stores
*Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice within tenant homes
*Delivering an excellent customer experience
*Updating PDA in real time on a job’s status
Requirements of the Groundsworker:
*UK Driving License
*Previous labouring experience
