Duties of the Housing Support Assisstant:
*Working within a sheltered housing scheme
*Providing high quality administration support
*Managing customer enquiries
*Supporting rent and tenancy administration
*Processing invoices
*Dealing with all enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
*Providing reception cover
Essential requirements of the Housing Support Assistant:
*Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months
