A premium, award-winning flex workspace provider in Central London is looking for a Client Experience Assistant to be the welcoming face across its beautiful West End and City locations.?
The Role:
* Work across multiple high-end workspaces, delivering a warm, professional welcome to clients, guests, and visitors.?
* Own the front-of-house experience, ensuring reception, meeting rooms, and shared spaces are immaculate and ready for use.?
* Support meetings and events with room set-up, catering coordination, and on-the-day assistance to keep everything running smoothly.?
* Anticipate client needs, handle queries, and resolve issues with confidence, care, and a solution-focused mindset.?
* Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure a seamless service, from tech support and office equipment to facilities and catering.?
* Manage stock, supplies, and basic admin tasks such as raising purchase orders and promoting in-house services.?

Hours, Location & Flexibility
* Part-time: 4 days / 32 hours per week, roaming across West End and City sites.?
* Shifts: 8am–5pm, 8:30am–5:30pm or 9am–6pm, with occasional later coverage up to 9pm (rotas provided in advance).?
