Branch Supervisor Cambuslang | Full-Time | Permanent
Are you an experienced supervisor looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced distribution and operations environment?
We are recruiting for a Branch Supervisor to join an established and growing business based in Cambuslang. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys motivating teams, driving operational performance, and delivering excellent customer service.
As Branch Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring workloads are managed effectively, service levels remain high, and teams operate safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:*Lead, motivate and support branch employees to achieve operational targets.
*Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day branch operations.
*Manage workflow and allocate resources to meet customer requirements.
*Support employee development, performance management and training.
*Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
*Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy and branch administration.
*Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture.
*Ensure company vehicles, equipment and facilities are managed effectively.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance branch performance.
What We’re Looking For:*Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
*Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
*Experience within distribution, logistics, warehousing, transport or operational environments would be advantageous.
*Comfortable using IT systems and administrative processes.
