You will oversee the tenancy process from start to finish, managing a database of tenants, offers and negotiations, as well as initial check-ins. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Professional who may have worked at a high street estate agency and is looking for the next step up.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very prestigious, high-profile, property company and take your lettings career to the next level. You may be working as a Sales negotiator ( where it’s very slow at present ) looking for a move into Lettings. If so, Apply today.
The role involves, registering prospective clients and conducting viewings with some of the smartest properties in London. This a great Lettings role for someone who may already have Lettings experience, but who now want to uplift their career by joining one of London’s most recognizable property companies marketing higher quality property and so earning higher commission.

As the Lettings Negotiator, you will:
*Manage a portfolio of prospective tenants, building strong relationships, understanding individual requirements, and matching applicants to suitable properties.
*Conduct property viewings, qualify applicants based on affordability and suitability criteria, and provide expert guidance throughout the rental process.
*Negotiate tenancy offers between landlords and tenants, ensuring successful outcomes while consistently working towards and exceeding individual and team performance targets.
*Coordinate closely with tenancy progression and property management teams to ensure all documentation, compliance checks, and tenancy preparations are completed accurately and within required timescales.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends, rental values, and industry developments.
*Identify and capitalise on business development opportunities, contributing to revenue growth, increased market share, and cross-referral opportunities across the wider business.
*Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation, industry regulations, ARLA Propertymark standards, RICS guidelines, and company policies at all times.
*Maintain accurate records, complete required training, and adhere to established operational procedures to support the efficient running of a busy lettings office.
As the Lettings Negotiator, you should have:
*18 months’ experience within property lettings.
*ARLA qualification — desirable but not essential.
*A clean, valid driving licence.
In return, you will receive a salary OTE £45 K PA plus Car Plus bonus. which can be discussed on application. This is a permanent, office-based position in South West London.
