Description
*Process payroll accurately and in line with deadlines.
*Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.
*Handle payroll queries and provide clear, timely responses.
*Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.
*Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations as required.
*Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate data flow.
*Support the preparation of year-end payroll documentation.
*Identify and resolve any discrepancies in payroll processing.
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
*Previous experience in payroll or a related role.
*Knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
*Familiarity with payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
*Good communication skills to address payroll queries effectively.
Job Offer
*Salary between £30,000 and £35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Permanent position based in Warrington
*Free car parking on site.
*CIPP study support funding
*25 days holidays plus BH
*37.5 hour work week - flexible on start and finish times between 7am and 9am
