We’re seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of luxury lifestyle stores, delivering exceptional client experience, refined brand standards and strong commercial results.
Key Responsibilities*Drive sales, performance and client loyalty across your area
*Lead and develop store leaders to deliver premium service and high standards
*Ensure flawless operational execution across stock, payroll, compliance and loss prevention
*Champion elevated client experience and brand presentation
*Support new store openings and key brand initiatives
You will have:
*Proven multi-site leadership within luxury, premium or lifestyle retail
*Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
*Inspirational coaching and communication skills
*Calm, polished and results-driven approach
Working pattern: 4 days in stores across the Midlands and East England, 1 day from home, with occasional office attendance.
