Agency Care Assistants – Flexible Care Home ShiftsWe are currently recruiting experienced Care Assistants to work on a temporary agency basis in care homes across Halifax, Huddersfield, Leeds, Bradford

The RoleAs an Agency Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily care needs while promoting their dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities may include:
*Providing personal care and assistance with daily living
*Supporting residents with washing, dressing and mobility
*Assisting with meals and hydration
*Supporting residents with medication where appropriately trained
*Providing companionship and emotional support
*Following individual care plans
*Maintaining accurate care records
*Working effectively with senior carers, nurses and other care professionals
*Promoting a safe, respectful and comfortable environment for residents

Care qualifications such as NVQ/QCF Level 2 or above are desirable but not always essential, depending on the role.
