Due to company growth, we are looking for a Court & Warrant Team Administrator to join our Operations team based in Romford.
Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role within our Court & Warrant team, helping to deliver excellent service to both Richburns and our clients. Working from our Romford office, you will support our field agents and operational teams by coordinating workloads, managing appointments, processing documentation, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and within agreed timescales.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will work closely with internal departments, clients, field agents, courts, and third-party suppliers while contributing to both company and client-led KPIs.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
*Manage the diaries and workloads of field agents to ensure work is completed efficiently and in line with operational requirements.
*Arrange Court and Warrant Executions in an organised and cost-effective manner to maximise productivity and service delivery.
*Coordinate third-party suppliers, including locksmiths, engineers, dog handlers, cleaning teams, and carpenters.
*Process replans and amendments promptly to help ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are maintained.
*Prepare, collate, and distribute court and field agent paperwork, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
*Process Court Contested forms and ensure accounts follow the correct process when legal action is withdrawn or amended.
*Respond to queries from field agents, clients, and suppliers in a professional and timely manner.
*Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
*Attend court hearings to obtain Warrants of Entry when required.
*Support colleagues by providing cover during periods of absence to ensure consistent service delivery.
*Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, field staff, and internal teams.
