Your New Company
Hays Education is working in partnership with a specialist SEN school in Rugby that supports children and young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, communication and interaction needs, and complex learning difficulties.
Your New Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive and well-established team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, personalised learning that helps pupils achieve both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
*Planning and delivering differentiated lessons
*Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs
*Creating a positive, nurturing and structured learning environment
*Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and parents
*Monitoring progress and adapting learning to meet individual needs
*Promoting communication, independence and life skills
What you’ll need to succeed
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience working with children or young people with SEN
*Strong behaviour management and communication skills
*A patient, flexible and resilient approach
*A genuine passion for supporting learners with additional needs
