Contract role
Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Supporting Families Worker to work in a Short Breaks Team in Rochdale Council.
We are looking for a passionate, committed, and experienced Supporting Families Key Worker to join our Short Breaks Service, supporting children and young people with additional needs and disabilities, and their families.
Our Short Breaks Service provides high-quality support that enables children and young people to access enjoyable activities, develop independence, build confidence, and create meaningful relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a strengths-based and relationship-focused way, helping families to thrive and ensuring children and young people achieve the best possible outcomes.
