An established independent professional services firm is seeking an Insolvency Administrator or Senior Insolvency Administrator to join its Corporate Recovery & Insolvency team. The firm has a long-standing reputation for providing business recovery, restructuring and insolvency services, working with a broad range of SMEs, stakeholders and professional advisers. ,
This is an excellent opportunity for an insolvency professional looking to manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases and develop their career within a supportive and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure.
*Administer a range of formal insolvency procedures, including liquidations, administrations and other corporate recovery assignments.
*Prepare statutory documentation, reports to creditors and case correspondence.
*Maintain accurate and compliant case files in line with regulatory requirements.
*Liaise effectively with directors, creditors, solicitors, accountants and other stakeholders.
*Assist with investigations, asset realisations and case progression.
*Ensure key statutory deadlines are met and case matters are progressed efficiently.
*Support senior management on more complex assignments where required.
Requirements*Previous experience working within a corporate insolvency environment.
*For Senior Administrator level, a minimum of around three years’ insolvency case administration experience is preferred.
*Experience managing a varied caseload from inception to closure.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
*Working knowledge of insolvency software, ideally IPS.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
*CPI or relevant insolvency qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
