Chemistry Teacher Required - September Start
Reed Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Worcestershire to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher for a full-time temporary position commencing in September and continuing through to the Christmas holidays.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate science specialist to join a supportive and welcoming department, delivering engaging Chemistry lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential Key Stage 5 teaching for suitably experienced candidates.
The Role
*Plan and deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons that inspire and challenge students.
*Assess, monitor and report on student progress.
*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Contribute to the wider Science Department and school community.
*Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
*Experience teaching Chemistry within a UK secondary school setting.
*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science education.
*Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
*A commitment to raising achievement and supporting student development.
