up to 53k depending on experience + excellent pension and holidays
As HR Manager you will lead the operational delivery of the People function across the business, managing the HR team.
Key Responsibilities include
*Build and maintain effective working relationships with senior leaders, managers and colleagues
*Line manage and support the People Partner, Payroll Partner and People Administrator, setting priorities, monitoring performance and developing capability within the team
*Oversee employee relations activity, ensuring cases relating to absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability, flexible working and family leave are managed consistently
*Support the implementation changes to People policies, procedures and practices
*Provide advice, guidance and coaching to leaders and managers on People policies, procedures and best practice, supporting the effective resolution of people issues at the earliest opportunity
*Lead the operational delivery of payroll processes, working closely with the Payroll Partner to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration
*Ensure all recruitment, onboarding, and employment checks are completed
*Monitor workforce metrics including absence, turnover, vacancies and employee relations activity, providing management information and recommendations
Experience and Qualifications required
*Qualification in Human Resources Management (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience
*Significant experience of managing complex employee relations
*People management experience is essential
*Experience influencing manager
