Salary: £38,000 basic and £48,000 total package including bonus

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Warehouse Manager to join our clients growing team.
This is not a desk-based warehouse management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, leading a team, solving problems and getting stuck in when required.
We are a growing business with ambitious plans to 2–3x in size over the next 12 months, so this is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop alongside the company and take on increasing responsibility.
What You’ll Be Doing*Managing the day-to-day operation of the warehouse
*Leading, motivating and developing the warehouse team
*Ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time
*Managing stock levels, accuracy and warehouse organisation
*Monitoring productivity and operational performance
*Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping
*Identifying operational issues and implementing practical solutions
*Working closely with senior management and other teams to ensure smooth operations
*Supporting recruitment, training and development of warehouse staff
*Getting hands-on and supporting the team during busy periods
*Managing peak periods effectively, including overtime when required
*Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency
About You

We’re looking for someone who has:
*Strong hands-on warehouse experience — ideally with previous warehouse supervisory or management experience
*A practical, proactive approach to problem-solving
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*The intelligence and ambition to grow with a rapidly expanding business
*Excellent communication and people-management skills
*A genuine willingness to get stuck in and lead from the front
*A startup mentality — you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
*The flexibility to support the operation during particularly busy periods
*The ability to take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
