We are seeking an ambitious and client-focused Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join a very established team in Sevenoaks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive, professional and growing practice. You will work on a varied caseload, build strong client relationships and can take ownership of your matters.
The Role
Your work will include:
*Wills and estate planning
*Probate and estate administration
*Trusts and trust administration
*Inheritance Tax planning
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Court of Protection matters
*Advising individuals, families and high-net-worth clients
*Liaising with accountants, financial advisers and other professional contacts
*Managing your own caseload and delivering a high standard of client service
About You
You will ideally have:
*2+ years’ PQE in Private Client work
*Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload
*Excellent drafting, communication and client-care skills
*A commercially minded and practical approach
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
*A genuine ambition to develop your Private Client career
