Full job descriptionTiger Private is seeking an experienced Cook/Housekeeper to join a beautifully run UHNW private residence in St John’s Wood. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity within a warm, respectful and highly professional household. The role is approximately 75% cooking and 25% housekeeping, working alongside the existing permanent Housekeeper and wider household team. The successful candidate will prepare simple, healthy, family-style lunches for six staff, while also assisting the Chef with preparation for the Principal as required. Live in or out options available.

Responsibilities

Cooking – 75%
*Preparing daily lunch for approximately six staff
*Cooking simple, healthy, family-style meals
*Assisting the Chef with food preparation for the Principal
*Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
*Managing staff meal supplies and kitchen stock
*Working closely with the Chef and wider household team

Housekeeping – 25%
*Supporting the permanent Housekeeper with daily housekeeping
*Maintaining the residence to an excellent standard
*Assisting with laundry and ironing when the laundress is away
*Supporting with general household organisation and presentation

Candidate Requirements
*Strong cooking skills and experience preparing fresh, family-style meals (curries, pasta, baked fish)
*Confident preparing staff meals for a small household team
*Good housekeeping skills with excellent attention to detail
*Positive, collaborative and team-oriented
*Discreet, professional and highly trustworthy
*Organised, proactive and able to work independently
*Looking for a long-term position with good longevity in previous roles

Working Hours
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Every other Saturday, 10:30am–3:30pm

Accommodation
Live-in: Self-contained annex with private entrance

Live-out: Also available for the right candidate
