Full job descriptionFull-Time Science Teacher (Level 2 & Level 3)
Reed Further Education are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Science Teacher to join a dynamic educational setting on a full-time basis based in Nuneaton.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a Chemistry specialism and experience delivering vocational Science programmes at Level 2 and Level 3. This is an excellent opportunity to support learners in achieving their qualifications while inspiring the next generation of scientists.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons to Level 2 and Level 3 learners.
*Teach across a range of Science subjects, with a focus on Chemistry where possible.
*Plan, prepare and assess learning programmes in line with curriculum requirements.
*Monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback and support.
*Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement activities.
Essential Requirements
*Teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, Cert Ed or equivalent.
*Experience teaching Science within Further Education, secondary education, or vocational settings.
*Strong subject knowledge in Science.
*Ability to motivate and engage learners of varying abilities.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
