Full job descriptionOperations Assistant
My client, a lovely and hardworking yacht brokerage, is looking for an Operations Assistant to support their team with the day-to-day running of the office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, self-starting and enthusiastic individual who is looking to build their career within the yachting industry.
Location: London, West End
Salary: £30k - £38k
Work Pattern: Hybrid
Hours: 9am - 6pm
What you’ll do:
*Support the Charter team across general administrative duties
*Coordinate travel and schedules
*Manage a variety of requests and effectively prioritise competing deadlines
*Keep track of the CRM system and ensure information is kept accurate and up to date
*Assist with preparing high-quality itineraries
*Support with bookings and general documentation
*Assist with communication and logistics
*Provide general day-to-day support to the wider team
*Assist with event planning and coordination

*Adaptable and a true team player
*Proactive, forward-thinking and resilient
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Able to work well under pressure and manage priorities
*A self-starter who is confident taking initiative
*Positive, supportive and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
