What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negoiator
*Managing residential property sales from instruction to completion
*Booking and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
*Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
*Contributing to branch targets and performance
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
*Delivering high standards of customer service throughout the sales process

*Proven experience in residential property sales
*Strong track record of winning instructions and closing deals
*Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
*Able to work effectively under pressure
*Target-focused and commercially aware
*Professional presentation and manner
*Good knowledge of the local area market
*Excellent spoken and written English
*Full UK driving licence
