What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
*Register and qualify prospective tenants
*Conduct property viewings
*Negotiate tenancies and offers
*Build and maintain client relationships
*Assist with property listings and marketing
*Deliver excellent customer service
*Support the team in generating new business
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Experience in residential lettings preferred
*Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
*Professional, articulate, and well-presented
*Excellent telephone manner and communication
*Self-motivated and ambitious
*Knowledge of Godalming and surrounding areas is a plus
*Full UK driving licence and own car essential
*Proactive and professional attitude to estate agency
