We’re looking for an ambitious recruiter to take over an established Procurement & Supply Chain desk within our successful Reed Swindon office. Whether you’re already recruiting within Procurement, an experienced recruiter looking to specialise in a market with huge long-term potential, this could be an excellent opportunity.


What’s the role?
You’ll be responsible for developing and growing Reed’s Procurement & Supply Chain offering across Swindon, Chippenham, Cirencester, Devizes, Marlborough, Shrivenham and the surrounding areas. This role combines:
*Business development and consultative sales with local employers
*Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
*Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy brief through to placement
*Recruiting professionals across Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Operations
*Working on roles from Buyers and Supply Chain Specialists through to Procurement Managers and Heads of Procurement
The desk already has active clients, vacancies and strong market presence, giving you a solid foundation to build from while creating opportunities for significant growth.
