Salary - £24,000 OTE £40,000 +
5-day week - Monday - Thursday - 9am – 6:30pm, Friday – 9am – 6pm, Saturday- 9am - 4pm (Day off during the week)
Driver with own car required
At least 2 Years Experience


Our client is looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their well-established agency in Winchmore Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with previous experience in a Negotiator role who is ready to hit the ground running.

Main Responsibilities:
*Capable to work independently and achieve ambitious targets with a proven track record as a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator with Valuations experience.
*Responsible for winning new instructions and closing deals.
*Offering services to landlords & vendors
*Developing leads into viewings/instructions
*Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market.
*Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements
*Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let
*Negotiating offers
*Diary management
*Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements.
*Keeping client Data bases up to date
About You:
*Experienced residential Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator
*Ability to use Alto Software is a must
*Excellent sales ability
*Experience in valuations and winning instructions essential
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a busy environment
*Strong organisational abilities and innovative market growth strategies, planning and implementation.
*High level of customer service skills
*Good telephone manner and positive attitude
*Well, presented, ambitious and self-motivated
*Knowledge of the local area
*Full Driving License and car essential
