Full job descriptionAccounts Payable & Payroll Assistant Fully Remote | 20-24 hours per week | 9-month contract | Up to £35,000 FTE
Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be working with an organisation that are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join a Finance team on a 9-month contract. This is a flexible, fully remote role, with hours split across Monday-Friday, within 8:30am-5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities*Process and code supplier invoices.
*Manage GBP and USD payments.
*Prepare supplier payments and obtain approvals.
*Complete bank reconciliations and support prepayments.
*Assist with payroll and month-end finance processes.
*Resolve supplier and internal payment queries.
*Maintain accurate records and produce reports using Excel.
*Provide general Finance team support.
About You*Strong Accounts Payable experience.
*Ideally experience within a US-led company.
*Some payroll exposure.
*Multi-currency experience, particularly GBP and USD.
*Excellent attention to detail and strong Excel skills.
