Full job descriptionA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a well-regarded firm of solicitors based in North West London, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Working within the Residential Conveyancing team, this role offers hands-on involvement in post-completion matters, providing excellent exposure within a busy and supportive legal environment.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience within residential or commercial conveyancing.
Duties include:
*Assisting with a range of post-completion tasks, including completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) forms
*Processing applications and registrations at Companies House
*Supporting pre-completion work, including liaising with fee-earners, mortgage lenders and clients to obtain documentation and updates
*Providing administrative support to fee-earners on their caseloads, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently
Key Skills & Requirements:
*Previous conveyancing experience is essential
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail
*Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
