Full job descriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business and brand partnerships across Europe, Africa and the US for a leading global live entertainment business.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and secure new brand partnerships and sponsorships
*Build relationships with senior brand and agency contacts
*Lead pitches, negotiations and partnership agreements
*Manage the sales pipeline and deliver against annual revenue targets
*Develop creative partnership strategies and sales presentations
*Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, social media and industry events
*Collaborate with internal teams and manage partner relationships
About You
*Previous experience in music brand partnerships or commercial sales
*Strong network of global brands across Europe, Africa and the US
*Deep understanding and genuine passion for Afrobeats and Amapiano
*Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
*Commercially minded, entrepreneurial and highly organised
*Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Bonus
*Experience in major festivals, live entertainment or touring
*Strong knowledge of sports and the wider sports landscape
*Additional language skills
