About the Role
As part of our housekeeping team, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout guest bedrooms and public areas, helping to uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
*Clean and service guest bedrooms to the highest standard
*Replenish guest amenities and room supplies
*Ensure public areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times
*Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly
*Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
*Work efficiently to meet daily room and cleaning targets
*Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For
*Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
*Excellent attention to detail
*A positive attitude and strong work ethic
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work
*Commitment to delivering high standards and outstanding guest satisfaction
